0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Golden in the glass, darker than expected with a more than one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Smooth grainy caramel on the nose. Taste starts malty carmel, little bit apple fruity in the background. Mid bitterness. Mid carbonation. Easy drinker.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. A bit moldy. Some hints of spices, some grasy notes as well. Finish more balanced. Okay.

Milk, grainy barley malt, and grass aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet milky barley malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Clean, malty sweet nose. Medium body, clean, sweet malts with a subdued bitterness. Nothing fancy but just how a Helles should be. 150225

0.5 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', best before May 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral, minimally grassy and a bit malty aroma of lemon peel, grains and light fresh grass. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, some straw and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very decent Helles with some shy hops in the background.
