Thanks to M. for bringing this back from the States. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a white cap, fizzing away fast enough. Aromas of Belgian Ale yeast, grassy hops, Brett sourness and apples. This fruit is also in the taste blended with the yeast. Grassy notes in the aftertaste. The sourness is also present. A nice mix of different styles that do well for a 4% ABV. beer.

Draft - Light fruity Belgian esters. Clear light straw with a white head. Fruity stone esters and Belgian yeasty notes. Much too estery.

Can: Cloudy, pale yellow with a small white head. Yeast, grain, lemon scent. Taste is an interesting and different note from the brett and rye....light spice, mild funk.....light and crisp. Lemon, yeast.... Really nice......despite being so light it has a great, full, flavour and feel.

Can shared. Hazy light golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice light Bretty funk with fresh citric notes and some green hoppy character. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Can: Poured a bright blonde color ale with a nice foamy head. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt with light fruity undertones is OK. Taste is a mix between some sweet Belgian style malt with light fruity notes and some light herbal hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Simple enjoyable beer with limited character.

A pale blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy German like hops, light mineral notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with light banana esters, cloves , light mineral notes, nice and smooth. Can at 3 Floyds.

Draft. Lactic lemony barley malt aroma. Cloudy yellow with a large white head. Creamy grainy barley malt and grassy lemony hop flavor. Medium creamy body, soft carbonation, dry finish. Reminded me of a saison.
