Canned (as Karlsbräu Helles 5.0%, from KCM Rovaniemi). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild bready and wooden notes. Flavour is sweet malts, mild grassy and herbal bitterness. Quite bulky, but a bit sweeter and more maty.

Bottle, danke HP! clear golden, white foam. Light moppy nose, grain and bitter herbs. Medium mellow body. Sweet grain base, sticky, some herbs. Sweet grain finish, dusty. Not inspiring.

Klare, hellgoldene Farbe. Getreide, Hopfen und ein Hauch Honig in der Nase. Getreide hat geschmacklich noch den meisten Bestand. Floraler Hopfen und Honig sind nur noch zu erahnen. Etwas lasch, etwas dumpf. Beim Produktnamen Vollmundiges Hellen hat man den Mund wohl auch etwas zu voll genommen. Aber durchaus trinkbar.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Expressionless, grainy, strawy, pale malty aroma, sweet-ish whiffs of maize and corn flakes. Taste is grainy, strawy, pale malty, a sweet-ish touch of maize, corn flakes, vestiges of bitter hop. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Simple, monotonous, main-streamed ad ultimum - forgettable.

Can thnx to Erzengel, golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, grain, sweet, light herbal. Taste is the same, light sweet, bitter, not bad.
