Karštą vasaros dieną gira tampa tikru išsigelbėjimu gaivos mėgėjams. „Baltojo tilto girą“ verta rinktis vengiantiems sintetinių vaisvandenių ir ieškantiems natūralaus bei sveiko produkto. Atidarius stiklinio butelio kamštelį pasklinda naminės duonos kvapas, o į stiklinę supiltas vaisvandenis ją nudažo sodria rubino spalva. Net ir pro tamsią spalvą įžvelgiama į viršų kylanti natūraliai įsotinta angliarūgštė, kuri ragaujant burnoje suteikia malonų sproginėjančių burbuliukų pojūtį. „Baltojo tilto“ gira verdama tik iš natūralių ingridientų – vandens, cukraus bei giros misos koncentrato, kurio sudėtyje yra rugių ir miežių salyklo bei pieno rūgšties. Vėliau šis mišinys rauginamas mielėmis, gira išfiltruojama ir įgauna ne daugiau nei 1,2 tūrio procentų alkoholio.

Sudėtis: vanduo, cukrus, giros misos koncentratas 3,2% (sudėtyje yra rugių ir miežių salyklo), rūgštingumą reguliuojanti medžiaga pieno rūgštis, mielės.

1 liter swingtop bottle, from EkoMarket, Bryne. No ABV mentioned on the label. Mahogany colour, small off-white head. Aroma of dark rye bread. Medium sweet flavour of rye bread and sugar, hints of prunes. A typical commercial kvass, drinkable.

Bottle @ Eko marked in Stavanger. Slightly unclear brown/amber under a short living, small tan head. Unusually aroma, bread, yeast, malt, caramel and brown sugar in a slightly unpleasant way. Had to get a bit used to this aroma. Taste is very sweet and malty with rye, brown sugar, hint of caramel but more in the direction of brown sugar, some yeast and dry fruit. No bitterness. Medium to heavy body with the same aftertaste all the way trough. Not a fan of the style, and even uncertain if I have ever tasted a proper made version. But I just like to taste on any now and then to check. One dimensional and almost difficult to have more than one glass, but I manage about three glasses of this one.

1 l bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma is toasted malty. Slight breadish. Sweet and slight metallic. Sugarish, overripe fruity and sweet finish.

100cl swing top bottle. Klare orange braune Farbe, mittelgroße beige Schaumkrone. Geruch ist süß malzig, Rübensirup, leicht brotig. Geschmack ist süß brotig malzig, Zucker, Rübensirup, naja.

Danke an yespr. Dunkle getreidig-karamellige Noten, sehr süß. Weich, etwas muffiger Hintergrund. Mild würzig. Okay. 8/7/6/7/7/7
