A quite nice and decent Schwarzbier. Just destroyed by a to flat carbonation level.
Black stuff with almost no head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and a semi dry ending. Roast, dark malt, coffee and herbal flavor.

50cl bottle from the brewpub. Smooth malty beginning. Round and malty, caramelly hints, liquorice, moderate bitter. Roasted dry dark aftertaste, hints of grain, not too intense, grain dominating the picture. Ok.

50cl swing top bottle. Pours dark reddish brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of medium sweet chocolate malt, mild roasty, lactose. Taste of mild roasted malt, chocolate, some lactose, dry roasty finish.Earlier Rating: 1/24/2016 Total Score: 3.650cl swing top bottle. Pours very dark reddish brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of mild roasted malt, some chocolate and coffee, bitter hops. Taste of dark roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, mild hops, good!

Röstig-herber Antrunk mit eher hintergründiger Bitterkeit. Die Röstigkeit nimmt zu, spritzig herb, milder Hopfen. Brotiger Mittelteil und Nachgeschmack, dabei wiederholt schokoladig. 10/11/11/12/9/11
