BehlAcht: Im Glas erstrahlt das werk2 BehlAcht in einem getrübten, dunkelorangen Farbton und einer leicht cremefarbigen Schaumkrone. Aus dem Glas strömen Noten von heller Traube und süßer Melone. Im süßlich-würzigen Antrunk entfaltet das BehlAcht fruchtige Hefe-Noten, Aromen von Orange und würzigem Malz. Ein sehr rundes Bier mit süffigen Qualitäten. Im Abgang dominiert eine ordentliche Hopfenbittere, die lange am Gaumen kleben bleibt.

750ml bottle. Clear, dark orangey, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly yeasty, funky and fruity, minimally grassy hoppy aroma, hints of grapes, weak caramel malty background. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly citrusy hoppy and funky yeasty, a touch of lemon and orange, white grapes; minimally vinous character due to the yeasty notes.

Sampled @ 3. Mainzer Craftbier Messe 2017. A hazy deep golden beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of yeasty fruits, soft vegetables, cereals. Taste of mild sweet malt, cereals, yeasty fruits, interesting.

On tap @ Craft Mainz 2017. Smooth mild beginning. Grainy hints, fresh fruity with a nice grainy hop body. Fresh smooth, floral piney, round and well made without being too intense bitter.
