Bottle. Pours hazy muddy orange with a medium white head. Notes of lactic tartness, vinegar, stone fruits, oak, funk, cherries, malt, dry finish.

750ml bottle pours a dark garnet amber with some slightly grey head. Nose has cherry, raisins, red wine vinegar, red grapes, soggy wood. Flavor is tart with acid, apple cider vinegar, cherry juice, soggy bread, soggy wood. Finishes dry and tart. Easy drinker for 7%. 8 4 8 4 14

750ml bottle at the late December DC RB Tasting. Poured a dark copper ruby red color with a small off-white head. Aroma was mild tart notes. Some light vanilla woody notes. Pleasant tartness in this one. Very nice light dried fruits.

From a 750ml bottle at the Dec 30, 2018 RB gathering. It is a clear mahogany color with an off white head. The aroma is somewhat boozed and the taste is tart cherry with a very tart cherry finish

750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. 2018 vintage. Dark amber brown with beige head. Aromas of dark fruit, cherries, tart notes, vinegar, oak. Tastes of oak, dark fruit, vinegar, red wine. Light body with a dry finish.

Pours a nice reddish brown from a bottle. Big vinegar aroma along with cherry notes, similar flavor. Very tart and acidic, almost hard to drink. Good beer.
