Bottle at WWT. Murky light brown with small bubbly white head. Sour grains, hay, straw, lots of Brett, some light roasted malts, light wood and maybe some fruits in the background. Medium sour. Medium bodied with champagne like carbonation. Seems more like a geuze, but quite nice. &&&&&&& update for the other (dark) version. Dark murky brown with small off white head. Roasted grains and nuts, quite roasted with almonds and some dried cranberries. Medium sour with berry pit bitter finish. Medium bodied with very light carbonation.
