Schnapp-Flascherl: Cloudy, amber coloured, slowly collapsing loose off-white head; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter nose of toasted malt, chocolate, wheat and yeast; mild sourish-sweet flavour, accompanied by a delicate bitterness; pretty light bodied; slightly lingering sourish-sweetish finish with malty and bitter spots. Drinkable, still not completely convincing...

50cl swing top bottle. A murky brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramlish dark malt, dark fruits, yeast. Taste of caramel, red fruits, raisins, wheat and yeast.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, murky brown colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Dark and toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel and chocolate, accompanied by hints of red berries and a phenolic, almost etherreally touch, which pairs not very well imho. Mildly sweet and sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dark malty base with toasty notes, caramel and red berries; mildly sweet and sour-tart finish with a bitter edge. Does not fit together. 27.IV.18

Dunkler, hefig-getreidiger Beginn. Süßlich, eher wenig bananig, geringfügig herb. Weich würziger Nachhall. Gut. 10/9/10/9//9
