Sample thanks to kolshtrinker. Pours clear pale gold. Aroma has strong slick high-alcohol quince perry. Taste is again quite strong, high strength perry, fairly sweet quince, a touch of bitterness creeping in. Generally light on the palette with some wine-like acidity. Not too bad.

Bottle shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Sticky intense concentrated beginning. The cider is intense with lots of quince aroma there, fruity tart with an sticky quince-typical aftertaste. Very concentrated and sweetish.

Süßlicher, dann schnell trockener Antrunk, die Quitte macht sich schnell bemerkbar. Süffig, moderat würzig, die Süße hält sich deutlich zurück. Alkoholisch, kurzer Nachhal. Nja. 8/9/8/8/10/7

50cl bottle. A clear golden colour. Aroma of strong riped apples and pear. Taste of strong dry apples, pear, yeast, boozy nice!
