Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the online shop I think. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, fading foamy white head. Somewhat sharp and citric, with a bit of salt, sweat, lemon, white wine vinegar. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Tart finish, with a little pale wood dryness, oak, lemon, melon, further background salty sweat. Not bad.

375ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Dusty, minimally funky, yeasty spicy and fruity aroma, notes of white peach, apricot, white grapes, some white pepper, a touch of nutmeg. Taste is sweet-ish malty, fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, minimally dry and tart, slightly citrusy hoppy, notes of apricot, peach, nectarine, hints of white grapes, white wine, oaky overtones, hints of grape sugar, some mandarine and orange as well. Very nice fruitiness, well matching and controlled BA flavours - surprisingly sweet taste. Very nice!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy golden beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of tart pale fruits, grapes, oak, funky. Taste of tart grapes, white berries, wine, oak, funky, quite nice!

Many thanks to minutemat for this bottle. Fruity funky nose. The beer starts fruity dry. Easy to drink, grainy on the body with woody wine in the back. Earthy cellar funk, not too deep with a strange old woody bitterness over the woody wine. Nice try, but neither well balanced nor deep in aroma.

Bottle from Moonshine Billy's off licence Ramsgate. It's a sweetish saison. Some sweetish melon flavour in the mouth. Some apricot even. Smooth in mouth. Again I rather like decent saisons like this and the chardonnay barrel ageing i think really does make it better, augments the beer and gives it an extra character. Good. Creamy mouthfeel.

375ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours an unclear golden orange, thin white head. White wine blends with saison yeast on the nose. Taste is pretty well-rounded with a nice integration of wine with yeast, pleasantly sweet with wine just nudging forward at times with a soft acidity. I do like a white wine BA Belgian-style pale and this hits the mark well. Very enjoyable.

Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is dry and has good fine carbonation. Thin malts. White wine is the dominant flavour, little dry wood and tangy orange and lemon. Light crisp finish. Nicely winey.
