Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, red apples and green apples. Flavor is medium sweet. Bone dry finish. 071023

klar gul med bobler. Lukter og smaker av grønne epler. Denne er veldig sprudlende. Nesten i overkant. men enkel og frisk.

Clear pale with no head. Tart apple glue. Gummybears, twigs, grapeskins. Sweet. Mild bitter.

Bottle thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy pale straw with fizzy head. Crisp green apple, light leafy, apple candy, mineral, kiwi, gooseberries, lime. Just medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Medium crisp body with sparkly carbonation. Tastes a bit 'green', but very tasty.

24-03-18 // taster at Craft Frankfurt 2018. Clear golden. Fizzy. Green apples, soft juiicy apple mouthfeel. Great.

Spritziger Apfelbeginn mit zu starker Karbonisierung. Mild herb, die Süße ist noch angenehm. Süffig, mittellanger apfelig-trockener Nachhall. 9/7/8/8//9

Sampled @CRAFT Frankfurt 2018. A clear yellow colour. Aroma of fresh fruity apples. Taste of soft tart apples, sulfits, mild sourness, easy to drink, soft carbonation.
