From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is floral and hoppy with biscuity malt, grain, stone fruits, and light funk. Flavour is mild tart and sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Nicely tart-ish and hoppy.

Catching up on some notes Bottle shared by Dave, thanks for the hookup. Slightly hazy deep golden color with a bubbly white head that persists. Pretty tasty beer.

Cloudy, thin head. Lots of brett, soft body and malts, again with light brett. Yeastier than I remember from the brewery.

Can. Pours hazy rich yellow with large foamy whitish head, funky-citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter funky taste with citrus flavor, smooth body, long funky finish. Very good Brett beer.

Super dense and hazy golden coloured body with a bright yellow raw honey glow along with three to four centimetres tall of pure white head. Aroma of very funky and super floral hop and dry spice presence along with a dose of wild yeast (obviously) along with some dry herbs, a dose of grain and even a slight bit of sourness noticeable in the aroma, like a citrus or something mild. Medium-bodied; Strong funky and very dry malts at first with a big dose of lighter alpha acid hops that still show a lot of flavours - more from the herbal and dry grassy side of things, but a light dose of stone fruit and some lighter sugars still in the mix, that finishes with a lot of complexities, some of the sweetness and almost all of the dry notes with the funky yeast throughout. Aftertaste shows some dry and very herbal qualities with a lot of the funky yeast along with some subtle complexities throughout - very nice and incredibly dry with only a touch of the bitterness fro the hops - more complex and funky than anything else. Overall, a nice an elegant beer, especially as an IPA with a ton of flavours, especially from the yeast and 'wild' or dry side of things. Great to sample, especially in a can at a great price point on the EAST COAST! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 09-March-2018 for US$1,89 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Pungoteague, Virginia on 19-April-2018.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is more of your typical brett with some barnyard and horse blanket funk. Flavor is more brett funk without the tartness. Kind of a apple flavor is left on the tongue as this goes down. I did not get much of a hop with this beer. These cans just started showing up in my area about a month ago and the canned on date is in August. That was kind of disappointing. I know the brett will last a long time but the hops have already faded from this beer.
