getrunken als Schnitzlbaumer Traunsteiner Zwickl Ein durchaus nettes Bier, das sich angenehm trinken lässt. Es hat feine brotige Aromen mit schönen Biskuitnoten gemischt mit einem Schuss Lebkuchen. Nicht zu speziell, aber sehr sympathisch zu trinken.

On tap at the brewpub. A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of fresh mild grainy malt, straw, grains. Taste of mild grainy bitter malt, straw, pale malt, medium to long bitter finish. Good!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a loose medium-sized foamy white head. Strawy and slightly yeasty malty nose with grainy notes, white bread and mildly spicy hops in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt character with grainy spots and herbal-spicy hops in the background, leading into a medium-dry, slightly hop bitter finish with grainy notes in the aftertaste. 01.VII.18
