Salzburger Hell - das erste von Hand gebraute Märzenbier, hält das Versprechen seiner Aufmachung: Es macht Spaß, ist spritzig und trinkt sich leicht. Eine Liebeserklärung an Salzburg und vor allem an die Salzburger!

Für das Salzburger Hell wird beste regionale Braugerste und feinster Aroma-Hopfen eingebraut. 4,9 Volumen Prozent Alkohol bei einer Stammwürze von 11 Grad Plato, sind die Rahmenbedingungen für einen echten Klassiker.

Frisch & unkompliziert - so wie wir. Die Sinne erhellend, zopfig, malzig, spritzig - so wie es sein soll. Regional, einzigartig, von Hand gebraut. Ein Bier für Jedermann, für dich, für mich, für uns!

Draught Lacey, medium head over light copper beer. Sourdough bread, very bready character, different malts & wheat. This is pure liquid bread. Bit toasted malts, but mainly fermented different grains. Medium bodied at best, bit slick; soft if present carbonation. Original, despite its common profile.

Bottle. Color: slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty notes, not much going on. Taste: Malty, very slightly sourish hints, grain and hints of grassy hop. Spicy hints. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Light sweet and light hopbitterness. Mwah.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a decent white cap. Aroma: malt, bread, herbal. Clean, biscuit, bread, light sweet & bitter. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation. Pretty decent

Draught at the brewpub. Clear, gold colored. AROMA- herbal, spicy and citrusy hops, malty. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, just slightly bitter, malty, paper hops. Medium bodied. Not very good.

Süßer, hellmalzig herber Beginn. Trockener Mittelteil, erhöhte Karbonisierung, leicht steigende Herbe. Süffig, monoton, minimal bitter zum Ende. Trinkbares Helles. 9/9/10/9/8/9

50cl bottle. A almost clear pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of pale malt, soft sourish grainy malt. Taste of mild grainy malt, hay, soft spicy hops. Nothing special.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is toasted. Grassy. Toasted malty. Bitter. Grassy. Bitter and toasted malty finish.
