In the rich, golden-yellow, malt-emphasized beer, grainy and bready notes are perceptible. The fine reference ensures a nice liveliness. A pleasant sweetness and the bitter hop harmonize well. The slight sharpness is replaced by a stimulating bitter note on the palate.

Bottle from ErlangerNick, drunk at home listen to Radio 4 after work. Well it’s a slightly spicy strong deep gold lager. Some golden syrup on the aroma. Quite sweet in the mouth. Some light bitterness on the finish, white pepper. I rather liked it. It would be warming in the winter if that makes any sense. Pretty good.
