330ml swing-top bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Shared with Frau Eva. Stable white head over a bright late straw coloured body, rings of lace down the glass. Rather restrained mid-sweet malt-fruity nose. Quite decent taste of dried fruit, honeyed malts, and lightly spiced. Drying malt-fruity ending, noticeable, but integrate, alcohol. Clean on the swallow. Pretty alright with our spiced beans. (Tromsø 28.06.2021).

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Henschen', best before February 2020. Clear, golden with a thin, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently malty and slightly floral aroma of honey, vanilla and some grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, malty and a little floral taste of grains, vanilla, some straw and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit grassy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Plain Bock with decent drinkability.

Bottle from The Beer Cave. Clear golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of cake, dandelion, cereal and earth. Flavour of honey, herbs, bread and cornflakes. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A bit too sweet for me but it’s pretty good.
