(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and persistent blonde foamy head. Fresh, herbal and slightly grassy hoppy aroma with light notes of citrus on a light-sweet pale malty background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft malty, slightly strawy malty taste with herbal hops; moderately dry and bitter finish with herbal, slightly grassy hops and a rounded malty sweetness. Pleasant and balanced Pilsener. One of the better beers of the Schwind Bräu assortment (02.05.08).
