Wer über Bier spricht, kommt an Pils vermutlich nicht vorbei. Muss er aber auch gar nicht. Voller Geschmack, trotzdem spritzig und eine richtige Dosis Herbe — ein gutes Pils geht immer und muss eigentlich gar nicht erklärt werden.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, dry-malty, a bit moldy. Light metallical. Finish still mild, some shy hoppy-grasy notes. Not bad.

Bottle from Globus, St. Wendel. Floral nose. The beer starts grainy with a smooth but bitter finish. Nice dry, herbal hops with a round and grainy bitter finish. Full-bodied, hints of malty caramel, round and nice.

Sampled @ Trierer Bier Festival 2018. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grassy bitter hops, pale malt, straw. Taste of grassy and spicy hops, straw, mild bitterness.

Süffiger, moderat bitterer Hopfenbeginn. Spritzig, milde Herbe, klar abgegrenzt vom Getreide. Deutlich herb ohne übertrieben zu sein, langer, trocken herber Nachhall. 8/11/10/10//11
