The protagonist of this beer is yeast and its evolution. Zang Tumb Tumb is golden in color and is produced with different types of yeast, including Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois, which gives the beer fruity and pungent notes.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly creamy head, murky dark orange color, strawberry jam and oxidised notes aroma, same traits in flavor with some woodiness, light sourness. Abit old but still nice and drinkable.
