Keine Ahnung was Haskap Beeren sind, aber beerig riecht und schmeckt es auf jeden Fall. Frisch im Trunk, kaum sauer, verhältnismäßig wässrig. Geht so.

330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish off-white head. Sweet-ish, fruity aroma, notes of blue berries, a touch of banana, banana bread, cautious lactic overtones. Taste is sweet-ish fruity and minimally tart, notes of blue berries, banana, banana bread, a minimally lactic touch. Smooth and soft palate, soft carbonation. Hardly tart, not prickly - not the most typical Berliner Weisse but pretty pleasing.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Fruity sourish aroma. Starts mild sourish, fine fruity notes of berries, background with some sweetish hints. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable for a Berliner Weisse. Nice!

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Smooth sourish fruity beginning. Quite lots of floral bittering hops there, fruity dry and not too sour. Sessionable, round but not too deep. Nice dry cherries, fruity.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. A hazy orange purple colour, small white head. Aroma of tart grapes, raspberries, red fruits. Taste of red fruits, raspberries, some cherries, garden fruits.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Natürlich fruchtiger Beginn, geringe Säure. Beeren ähnlich Himbeeren, süffig, rund. Fruchtig säuerlicher Abgang, lang anhaltend. 10/10/9/9/12/9

0,33 l bottle from Brewcomer. Pours out murky red with an huge steady foamy rosé head. Fruity fresh sweet sour raspberry smell. Taste starts with strong raspberries, increasing wheat. High carbonated as expected. Intensive stuff.
