A traditional Berliner Weisse: mixed fermentation with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. The raspberries were fermented directly with the beer brew. This leads to a vivid red-pink color and lush flavors: our Himbeer Weisse is fruity-sour, refreshing, complex.
