So for designing my table beer I had to balance all my imbibing desires into a product that would always quench my thirst. I compiled some of my favorite attributes into a format that would be pleasing on any day or time. Low abv, dry finish with a light funky yeast esters that are accented with a abundance of earthy & fruity hops. Balance is always the goal, but for this I also wanted extreme quaff-ability, refreshment, and subtle complexity.. Classic? perhaps. www.tablebeer.com

Bottled. Poured a pretty slightly hazy yellow. Citrusy brett aroma and such. Sour and funky. Pretty decent.

22oz bomber. Murky orange-tan body with a soapy white head. Zesty Belgian yeast notes. The brett is restrained, or balanced, which is quite pleasant. Nice hop tones ties it all together. The bottle gushed, so I had low expectations, but it grew on me a lot as I drank it. Very true Belgian sensibilities for an American beer. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head. A big funky brett nose, lemons. Huge funky, dirty sock, dry brett, some lemons, citrus is big but the overall beer is more dry than estery. Very smooth and tasty. A good intro to funky beers for people.

Bottle shared thanks to jmgreenuk. Pours cloudy yellow with a ring white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops and Brett funk giving a nice barnyard aspect. Flavor is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at the Jim goes to Malaysia tasting, Den Haag. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, earthy, light sweet malt, slightly creamy. The flavour is light sour, light bitter, with a lovely smooth, yeasty, toothpaste hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Really crisp and refreshing. Highly drinkable!

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, loads of what, biscuit malt with orange pulp, funk, Orval beauty, superb. In mouth, a well balanced Saison with light fruity biscuit malt, loads of Brett, orange peel, smooth, quaffable yet complex. Bottle was brought at NY central station, 3 years ago... Still beautiful.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy bright golden color with a 2-3 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon zest, orange peel, strawberry, pineapple, peach, pear, white pepper, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, herbal, musty funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt, and earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of lemon zest, orange peel, strawberry, pineapple, peach, pear, white pepper, hay, straw, grass, herbal, wheat, cracker, musty funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Good amount earthy bitterness/yeast spice on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, orange peel, strawberry, pineapple, white pepper, hay, straw, grass, herbal, wheat, cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; with a crisp malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly prickly mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a really excellent Brett session saison. All around great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
