330ml bottle. Pours hazed mid brown with a beige head. Aroma: light roast, juniper, dried fruits. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, spritzy, dried fruits, but there's an odd sour note that possibly shouldn't be there. Medium body with fine carbonation

Bottle, thanks Erzengel. Cloudy brown, frothy golden brown head. Dry roast, juniper, light tart aromatics. Medium body, sparkly, lightly sour, does not seem intentional, some fruity aromatics, fig, kiwi, a bit chocolate roast, mostly just dried out though.

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍻. Creamy beige head left a blotchy cover on a rich, very dark brown still body. Parkin, roast & malt aroma. Medium bodied, feels airy over the tongue with a lighter clean back. Liquorice, woody, slightly vinous & berry tastes. Deece.

Many thanks for this Bock to My EuroSanta (Erzengel). Poured into Schlagl mug. Ciemno brazowa barwa o rubinowych refleksach, lekko mgliste. Piana spora srednio trwala. W smaku karmelowe, chmielne, nieco prazonej cebulki, kukulki. Fajny ciemny bock.

Bach's Dunkler Bock, Fläschchen aus Lokaltausch DE - Dank an Erzengel. - Kastanienrotbraun, leicht trüb. - In der Nase schokoladig-röstiges dunkles Malz, feine Honigsüße, aromatische herbale Herbe. - Antrunk weich und tief dunkelmalzig mit milden Röstaromen, Bitterschokolade, zart säuerlichen Zügen, etwas Molke. Angenehme karamellige Süße, Anklänge an Honig. Milde herbale Hopfung. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang eigenwillige nussig-krautig-röstige Bittere, leicht schnapsig. - Schön dunkelmalzig-fülliger Bock mit individueller, leicht unrunder Aromatik, dem man das Handwerkliche anschmeckt. Probierenswert. (9.1.2020.)

26-12-19 // 330ml bottle thanks to erzengel. Rich dark malty. A little sweetish. A little bit roasty. Nice.
