Emanating from San Francisco, the Brut IPA is a dry take on the style, and the antithesis to the sweet and murky NEIPA. Low in residual sugar and bitterness
while light in body and colour with a sparkling bright effervescence. We’ve added 15% rye malt for texture, and heavily dry-hopped with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and Ella allowing the hops to shine in a unique way.

Malt: Low Colour Maris Otter, Rye
Hops: Ella, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin

Keg at the Jolly Judge. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, green, touch dank, weedy, herbal, hay, white grape and light spice. The taste is crisp, bone dry, bitter, white grape, hay, straw, light spice, greengage, melon, hay and soda water with a dry and peppery finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice example of this new style. Dry and quenching.
