Slightly hazy dark amber nearly ruby pour with a small stable head. It again has this slightly soapy / buttery odour of the other cadolzburgers I have tried. Slight malty aroma behind it and some caramel. The soapy butterscotch is present in the taste too. Balanced carbonation, nice maltiness but the buttery flavor is unwelcome. Maybe they have a Diacetyl problem. Nice try with the gourmet edition claim though...

Shared with Koelschtrinker & Beerhunter111. Smooth mild beginning. Very soft and smooth, the red malts are there, not too intense. Fruity malty, slightly grainy. Neutral aftertaste with some malty sweetish parts.

75cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, red fruits, Lactose. Taste of mild sweet red fruits, cherry, lacto. Easy!

Muffig getreidiger Beginn. Mittelstarke Herbe, hintergründige Säure, unspannend. Okay. 10/8/8/7/8/7
