We brewed this new take on IPA with a bone-dry, champagne-style finish in mind. Late hop additions lend a bright pop of citrus flavor and create balanced bitterness. Brut IPA is as intriguing as it is drinkable.

Pale clear yellow pour from bottle. Dry and a bit of a weird nose. Ok but not my favorite brut

Bottle shared at work. Pours pale yellow with no head. Nose is sweet, fruity hoppy with a touch of bitterness. Taste is moderately bitter, pretty fruity. Light, dry body, soft carbonation, easy to drink. Good brut IPA.

Bottle. This beer truly is brutal. Golden champagne color with a nice head. Boy, is it bitter. I can honestly say, I do not like this new style.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, peaches, mango, green grapes, white bread and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, nectarines, mango, herbs, white bread and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Not quite as edgy and almost tart as some brut IPA's tend to be. Tasty and fresh. Nice one.

Go Chiefs! Pale, clear golden color and a nice white head. Nose is restrained, crisp and a citric twist. Taste is citric fruity with a really dry finish. Good one

Kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab, aranysárga szín. Fűszeres, enyhén citrusos illat. Fűszeres, citrusos ízvilág. A lágerekre emlékeztetően száraz, könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Jól csúszó, nem tipikus IPA.

355ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, thick, fluffy, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Rather neutral, hoppy and malty aroma with a minimally strawy and fruity touch, maybe some green apple, gooseberry, white grapes, but no really distinct flavours after all. Taste is dry hoppy, minimally sweet pale malty, again no really distinct flavours, not much intensity too; dry finish with a prosecco touch. Weak, anaemic, quite boring and vacuous.

0,355 flaske (thanks, Cimbasso!) delt med skibsrederen under planlegging av årets juleøl: klar gylden med flott skum som varer til bunns. Skarp citrus, gress, furunål, stikkelsbær og noe funky (stall?). Slank, lettdrikkelig og crisp as a cracker.
