The Good Living Brew Company are proud to introduce binary BOTANICAL ALE. Unlike any ale or beer you have tasted before, binary has a sophisticated flavour and aroma that comes from naturally brewing it with hop bine leaves, instead of just hop cones like most other brands.
These wonderful leaves add a delicious sour tang and a subtle but distinctly botanical bouquet to every sip, making for a refreshing sensory experience.

(Generous) sample at Inn At Home, Guildford. A vinous herbal aroma. Extremely pale gold with an almost green hue. Thin white bubbly head. Flowing on from the aroma was expecting something akin to a sour/wild ale but it's actually lightly sweet with the only bitterness being in the finish. Herbal with a fruit edge, along the lines of one of those 'posh' flavoured cordials. Thin. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Abrupt finish. Very refreshing on a hit day. Not bad at all.
