Clear golden pour with a stable white head. Aromas of malt/grain, herbs, some citrus and apricots. Taste is well-rounded: malt/grain, bread, oranges, herbs - decent bitter finish. Given the low(ish) ABV, this is really good.

Rossdorfer Sommerbier, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24.

Lichte body. Meh.

Süffiger, hell getreidiger Beginn. Milde Bitterkeit, trocken getreidig, rund, für 3,5% definitiv gelungen. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang. 8/8/9/9//8

Draught @ the brewpub in Rossdorf am Forst. Pours hazy dark straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with mild touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced notes of yeast and malty touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Easy to drink and quite tasty, with good bitterness.

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 23 July 2020) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grain, grass and herbs. Malty taste with bread, grain, grass, herbal hops, citrus and a balanced herbal, grassy bitterness. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Really refreshing with fresh herbal hops. Nice one.

Clear golden. Aroma is stinky old hops with maybe a little dogfood and halitosis. A little herbs and candle wax as well. Taste is a bit rural malty with good hop profile of herbs and grass. The body suggests more than 4 abv. Cant wrap my head around the aroma though... a bit sour starchy in the finish. Too many flaws...
