Аромат обычный, весьма хвойные и лесные нотки в целом, намеки на цитрусы есть, цвет бледно желтый, пенка неплохая. Вкус тоже весьма типичный для ипахи американской а то есть очень травянистый, немного леса и корки от цитрусов. Немного сухой финиш с весьма горьким и терпким оттенком.

Can at home alongside a home made smoked mackerel pate with sour dough bread. This is a good IPA that evolved as I drank it alongside the food. Loads of great hops that were peach and nectarine fruit and became something gamey and animal half way through. Then at the end it became quite sweet fruit. I've never had this with a beer before and it was probably driven by the food, but was really good. And really surprising. In a good way.

0,3l on tap @ Plaza. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is dry fruity malts. Flavour is dry fruity malts with some hops. Decent.

The last remaining drops (actually a decent sized sample) from a keg on 9th October 2024, Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse. Wanted more but it had just gone. Golden body, white topping. I got a hint of coconut alongside tropical fruity flavours. Some malty sweetness before a light bitterness in the finish.

Tap at Beer Hunters. Hazy yellow colour and small white head. Fruity, gooseberry bush aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrus, gooseberry bush, some juicyness in the flavour. Ok.

Cloudy dull gold with a creamy white head and a very subtle sweet fruit and slightly hoppy nose. Soft and slightly creamy, sweet malt and fruit up front, gooseberry maybe, with sweet malt in the finish and a vague touch of bitterness

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 09/08/2023 Fruity and malty with notes of light tropical and citrus fruit, pine needles, caramel, malty backing, bitter edged hoppy close.

Super rich. Barely ripe peach and pine. Golden pour with good head. Light bitter finish. Great initial hop aroma.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Moderately hazy pale yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of pineapple and other tropical fruits, also citrus, a hint of spruce. Citric flavour, also notes of tropical fruits, sprucetips and pine needles.
