India Pale Ale (IPA) is celebrated world wide as the resurrection of good taste in the craft beer scene. We think that is well earned! Lots of hops, especially aroma hops, make this style of beer one of a kind and distinguish it from the rest. Time to take a step back and relax. We use oats and caramel malts (Caramunich) to achieve the flavor of this beer. Once the malt canvis is drawn and ready, we do not skimp on the hops. Five types of aroma hops lend this IPA its aroma and bitterness. With 70 IBUs it packs quite a punch, but is also balanced with its fruity notes. 6-8°C is just right for this drink. It pairs best with a juicy burger or a good steak. But also spicy chicken wings would be a good companion. It is simply a great way to enjoy a night with your friends and end the day!

Bottle. Slightly reddish amber, decent head disappearing fast. Nose is not great, funky and a bit vegetal. Funky astringent rye-ish bitterness, not enough body to balance it.

Hazy golden. Aroma is hay phenols light plums and a little other stuff. Taste is bitter hoppy with dry fruity grain. Medium drinkable. Not so balanced.

Bottle. Deep golden, golden cream. Funky light sour cheese, phenolic. Medium body, foamy, fruit salad, Sandkasten finish.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is grainy, gummybears, mild soap. Taste is phenolic, grainy, gummybears, a bit bitter in the back. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Dunkler, moderat hopfiger Beginn. Dunkel, wenig grasig, massig hopfig ohne sonderlich fruchtig zu sein, weich, fast keine Herbe. Malzig hopfiger Nachgeschmack. 10/10/11/12/9/11

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy deep amber beer with a white head. Aroma of dry mild fruity hops, orange fruits and tangerine. Taste of orange fruits, grapefruits, citrus, mild reddish malt.

Again a 0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Murky golden with a more than two finger frothy off white head. Hopy tropical fruity smell with pale grain in the background. Taste starts fruity hopy, pale grainy. Maybe not the strength of a real IPA, but has a long lasting pleasant bitter aftertaste. Best beer of this brewery so far.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fine fruity hoppy aroma. Starts mild, malty, salty hints. More and more fruity hints of lemon. Finish a bit wheaty-malty. All in all it could be more fruity hoppy. Okay.

Flasche gekauft bei Craftbeer Rockstars in Lübeck. Dunkles trübes Bernstein, wenig Schaum. Sehr fruchtiges Aroma mit leichter säuerlicher Note. Aprikose, Orange, Zitrone. Ein wenig Mango. Antrunk cremig. Dezent Bitter, etwas Erde im Hintergrund. Fruchtiger Grundton, Melone, Südfrüchte. Alles moderat.
