India Pale Ale (IPA) is celebrated world wide as the resurrection of good taste in the craft beer scene. We think that is well earned! Lots of hops, especially aroma hops, make this style of beer one of a kind and distinguish it from the rest. Time to take a step back and relax. We use oats and caramel malts (Caramunich) to achieve the flavor of this beer. Once the malt canvis is drawn and ready, we do not skimp on the hops. Five types of aroma hops lend this IPA its aroma and bitterness. With 70 IBUs it packs quite a punch, but is also balanced with its fruity notes. 6-8°C is just right for this drink. It pairs best with a juicy burger or a good steak. But also spicy chicken wings would be a good companion. It is simply a great way to enjoy a night with your friends and end the day!
