This beer is keeping it simple. Mild bitterness, lightly citrussy, high drinkability. The Lubeca Lager is so to say the core beer of our core beers. If you don‘t like 25 different hop varieties in your malty beverage of choice, but still enjoy a handrafted beer, this is the right choice for you.
This is a beer how it should be, for real!

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Malty-moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty, moldy. Some grasy-spicy notes. Light sourish hints. Finish could be more balanced. Strange.

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with fruity notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notesbf fruit and malt and an infected elderflowerlike note. Bitter, not very pleasant aftertaste with estery hints. Not enjoyable.

Bottle, 4.9%. Citric and dusty aroma. Greyish yellow colour. Fizzy but fairly stable white head. The flavour is citric with a floral or herbal note. Tastes a bit like flower petals. Watery finish.
