Das Swiss Stout ist ein Chocolate Sweet Stout. Die Betonung des Malzes bei der Herstellung verleiht dem Swiss Stout eine dezente Süsse. Die Zugabe von feinstem Kakao intensiviert und verstärkt den Charakter dieser Kreation. Ein kräftiger, ebenholzfarbener Genuss mit einer haselnussbraunen Schaumkrone und Noten von Kaffee vom gerösteten Malz. Bittersüss im Spiel mit dem Aromahopfen und samtigweich, dunkelschokoladig dank der Veredelung von Schweizer Chocolatiers mit auserlesenem Kakao. Ein Swiss Stout für Geniesser.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da pane nero, caffè e castagna La finezza olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè e agrumi.

5/5/2024. Bottle from Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Pours black with a small tan coloured head. Aroma is roasted, malted, liquorice, treacle, coffee, toffee, condensed milk. Moderate sweetness, medium plus roasted bitterness. Medium body. smooth, average carbonation. Good.

deep dark brown colour, large, dense brown head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of dark chocolate, dried sour cherry, roasted nuts, some tobacco and slight vanilla notes; taste of dark chocolate, dried sur cherry again, some syrupy-burnt sugary sweetness, heavy roasted nuts, dark berries (like blackcurrant) and rye bread crust; very good beer!

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
