Das Swiss Stout ist ein Chocolate Sweet Stout. Die Betonung des Malzes bei der Herstellung verleiht dem Swiss Stout eine dezente Süsse. Die Zugabe von feinstem Kakao intensiviert und verstärkt den Charakter dieser Kreation. Ein kräftiger, ebenholzfarbener Genuss mit einer haselnussbraunen Schaumkrone und Noten von Kaffee vom gerösteten Malz. deep dark brown colour, large, dense brown head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of dark chocolate, dried sour cherry, roasted nuts, some tobacco and slight vanilla notes; taste of dark chocolate, dried sur cherry again, some syrupy-burnt sugary sweetness, heavy roasted nuts, dark berries (like blackcurrant) and rye bread crust; very good beer!

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Deep brown, almost black, with a tall, creamy beige head. Chocolatey with roasetd malts, shy coffee hints, well balanced sweetness, not too dry.

33cl bottle. A almost black beer with a tan head. Aroma sweet chocolate, mild roasted malt. Taste of sweeet chocolate, mild roasted malt, liquorice.

Many thanks to David for this bottle. The beer starts malty deep. Roasted with grainy parts. Chocolate, moderate bitterness, caramel, slightly bitter. Very nice.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep black, small head. Roasty malty-earthy aroma. Starts dry-malty, not too roasty, mild sweetness. Shy hints of vanilla. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bouteille (Merci au lac!) : Deep brown coloured, loose off-white head, that quickly diminishes, sweet-bitter toasty and chocolatey nose, rounded by dried fruits and a very delicate acidity; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, slight acidity; slightly drier and a bit more acidic in the lingering and warming bitter-sweet chocolatey finish. Süß holzig-röstiger Malzantrunk. Moderat herb bei eher sinkender Süße, spritzig. Die steigende Intensität zeigt sich vor allem in der aufkommenden schokoladigen Malzigkeit, die Röstigkeit wird weicher. Gut! 10/11/12/12/10/12
