Produced using exclusively fine English Maris Otter malt, more delicate since it’s slowly toasted at low temperature, in order to enhance the distinctive aroma of the Australian and New Zealand hops, used in dry-hopping too, whose perceivable exotic notes of coconut and tropical fruit give way to a pleasantly bitter finish.

Can, big bubbly fluffy head, hazy deepish yellow colour, aroma of citrus, fruitiness and some maltiness, ripe fruity flavor, some candy light to medium bitterness, noticable sweetness, feels a touch diluted. Nice and drinkable, a bit simple.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Bollicine medie costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ambrato scarico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è fortemente amaro. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo e mandarino.

Bottle at Street of Beer, Catania. Little aroma. Pure gold see through. Nice grassy hop. Easy.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a roughish, white head. Spicy, buttery oxidized hop aroma. Medium body, again spicy more than anuthing. Bitter or even astringent finish (the white part of a grapefruit peel). 121222

Draught @ Morzibitten, Horsens. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grass, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is light bitter, malt, grass, citrus, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 260222

From tap at Open Baladin Roma 07.08.21. Clear pale straw colour. Off-white head and lacing. Slightly sour aroma and taste of lychee, passion fruit and lemon juice. Grapefruit bitterness is lingering on.
