The dry hopping with two hops, including the remarkable Citra, allowed the scent of the essential oils naturally present in the hops to be extracted and the complex aromatic profile of this IPA to be developed.

33cl bottle bought in Corsica. Bottle fermented (?) based on the yeast cloudiness and sediment. Nice fine head, lasts ok. Medium Amber, tropical citrus aroma. Nicely balanced, flavors of blood orange and tropical fruits with enough maltiness to back up the 40 IBUs. In Cali it would be billed as pale ale and not IPA. One of the best Corsican beers I've tasted.
