0,5 flaske fra Statens helsekostutsalg i Straensenteret, delt med Ovesen 20.06.18 etter endt brygging av Fjordsteam 1: klar gylden med kort skum. Eplearoma og -smak med fornemmelser av saison (høy og urter) - er det humlebruken som gir sitt bidrag her? Frisk og lettdrikkelig når den serveres kjøleskapskald. Syrlige epler i ettersmaken. Ny flaske fra Sola taxfree 26.03.23: bedre helhetsinntrykk denne gangen og nå med mersmak - er det kanskje jeg som har blitt mer glad i cider? Opp fra min opprinnelige 3.0

500ml bottle at Bardus Bar. Deep warm golden body. No lace, missing head. Apple aroma, dry, some citric hints. Apple juicy favours with distant notes of cat piss. Dry, rather sweet ending. Rounded mouth feel. Unvaried, but drinkable. (Meet-up with Ellen, Tromsø 31.03.2017).

500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet, Beitostolen. Kindly fetched from the back by the lady working here’s private stash. Pours clear gold, thinning white head. Aroma is floral with light apple fruit. Taste is distinctly floral with bitter nettles, clean with moderately sweet apple fruit. Wouldn’t have guessed it was hopped, rather added with something floral-like.
