Sample from bottle at ASKO-messe. Clear pale golden colour, small white head. Dryish aroma of cider apples, cider vinegar, dust and hops. Dry, acidic apple flavour with moderate hops.

On tap at Pingvinen, Bergen. A clear, golden cider with a small, white head. Citrusy, piney nose with apple, cores and some grass. There’s some bitterness in the mouth, with citrusy piney hops doing most of the work, apples and apple cores in the back. Grassy hints. Ligthly tart on the palate, close to full-bodied, and quite dry. Nice carbonation and a long finish. A pretty lovely and refreshing drink indeed. 151005

Fra fat på Ølhallen 23 Okt 15. Lys gyldenbrun. Skum langs glasset. God - litt tung - fruktaroma. Smaken frisk og variert. Ulike epletyper. Fin balanse mellom sur & søt. En annerledes cider. Nesten øl!

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of tart red apples, citrus and grape. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, sour and red apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sampled at Vill & Syrlig. Slightly unclear golden body with a small white head. Aroma has apple and grassy hop pellets. Flavor is medium sweet apple, some acidic fruit, moderate bitterness and hay. Medium body and aftertaste. Not to convinced if hoppy cider is my taste, but has to take in consideration that this was sampled after 15-20 sour beers so there might be a palate crash. Another to be ordered and re-rated.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple skin, hay, yellow apples, fresh birch wood, grass, hints of citrus. Taste is dry fruity, fresh green apples, grass, apple skin, fresh hops, citrus, hay, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and fresh mouthfeel. Tastewise it kind of reminds me a little of the Mikkeller Spontandryhop series. Nice.
