nice attempt at a wit. i think its on par with denison’s and blanche de chambly in Ontario. very nice aroma of citrus, and corriander, nice balance between the sweet, tart, ad bitter

Sampled from the tap at the Pearson location. Pours a cloudy earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has earthy wheat supported by clove and banana notes. Flavor has wheat and grass throughout with a light clove backbone.

Draft - Estery yeast, banana and sweetness, clearish gold with a rich white head. Sweet and very estery with banana, citrus and some bubblegum. A yeasty, creamy mess really.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with grainy and malty touches. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour with notes of hops and touches of citrus and coriander. Hoppy and slightly peppery aftertaste with estery notes. Medium to high carbonation. Well-balanced and enjoyable. Decent stuff.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a large creamy white head that lingers and left great lacing. The aroma was egg white, yeast, faint pepper and must. The flavor was phenol, yeast and faint citrus. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bottle from the LCBO. Cloudy yellow with a small white head . Nose is cloves and yeast with a touch of lemon. Light sweet start quickly moving to a light spicy middle that ends a bit sooner than expected. Mouth is medium light with active carbonation.

341 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat and some spice. Light, sweet flavour with lemon, wheat, spice and a fairly dry finish. Medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation.

Pours hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head that leaves a small sticky trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and tiny phenolic with white bread, wheat crackers, dried flowers, lemon zest, yeasty dough, cloves, coriander and dry wood. Taste is tiny bitter, tiny sour and slightly phenolic with wheat crackers, wheat bread dough, lemon juice, cereal, cloves, coriander, pepper corns, wood, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of glue. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny dry, tiny spicy astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter and tiny sour with wheat crackers, cloves, coriander, allspice, pepper corns, lemon juice, lemon zest and hints of white bread. Rather unimpressive. The sour doughy taste ruins it...

341 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium head that dissipates quickly Aromas of coriander, vegetables, and wheat. Very soft and somewhat oily. Flavors of starch, light lemon and coriander. Easy to drink but nothing special.

Bouteille 341ml. De couleur jaune-dorée et voilée. Nez épicé (coriandre), de levures fruitées (agrumes, léger de bananes), moyen de blé avec des petites notes de houblon herbeux. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-doux ainsi qu’une texture aux notes crémeuses et minérales. Goût épicé (coriandre, faibles traces de poivre piquant) et de levures fruitées (agrumes, léger de bananes) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût de blé avec des notes de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve des de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen, composé d’un goût de levures fruitées (zeste d’agrumes, traces de pelures de bananes) avec un léger goût épicé ainsi qu’avec des traces de blé.
