Draught is a beer that every Tom, Dick and Harriet can enjoy. Brewed in the historical German style of Kölsch, this ale had been fermented at a cool temperature, keeping it clean and refreshing. Subtle citrus aromas from Australian Ella hops make this beer fresh and zippy and a clean malt keeps it lean and dry.

Pint on tap at Bodriggy, Collingwood. Crystal clear amber beer with a thin white head. Only the odd lonely bubble makes an appearance. Patchy lacing. Nose is typical Kolsch, sweet/sour grain. Taste is spot on, style wise. Sweet with a touch of fruit and grain in the finish. Standard easy going thirst quencher.

Tap at the Abbotsford brewpub. Poured a hazy golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, fresh, light fruity palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
