Draught. Pale blond to yellow. Nice white head, medium firm. Aromas of citrus and, of course, wheat. Feeling is smooth with the right amount of carbonate. Very refreshing (summertime!).There is nothing wrong with this beer, it is professionally made, but don't expect the taste to diverge with multiple standard deviations from the arithmetic mean taste, since they want to serve a maximized clientele.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Nice aroma. Milky colour. Slight corriander lemon flavours. Decent and fresh (13/4/19) --- Tap at De Blauwe Kater, Leuven. Always feels nice in a Hoegaarden goblet. Nice aroma but mixed with dry beer. Taste is good but gives way quite quickly to lemonade when you focus on it. Kept at 3.4.

Tight white creamy head stayed on a hazy lemon coloured body. Spice yeast & grass aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the palate with a sharp tingly finish. Floral tastes with spices, cardamom, lemon & yeast. Very refreshing!
