Bottle. Very yeasty, peppery aroma. Dark chestnut colour, getting orange as the sediment comes loose. Small unstable head. Very peppery flavour, warming, very malty, sweet. Every few sips I get a bit of metal in the aftertaste. Would be a superb winter warmer.

Copper color. Some malt and caramel aroma and flavor (quite sweet) but with some vegetables touch.

The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of honey. The color is red and it has a small disappearing head. the flavor is sweet honey with notes of flowers and hip before a dry ending takes over. A nice honey beer.
