The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.

Raspberry juice aroma, somewhat artificial. Very sweet with some sourness to compensate. Sugary and syrupy. Raspberry juice, in fact more fruitjuice than lambic, teh lambic is hardly noticeable. Still nice to drink, though.

250ml bottle... first Linderman of the day. Smell- medium to weak, raspberry, malt, sweetness, candy. Foam- thin, sour, sweet, bit to watery side. Medium pink, purple head, can pour 0.25 into 0.5l. Foam goes away quite fast. Appearance- almost fully hazy red, ruby color. Taste- sour, sweet, raspberry, bit of pulling sensation. I dont like sour beers.. feel today will be hard, but this is somewhat drinkable.

Pours blood red with a pinkish-red head. Immediate aroma of raspberries. Tastes like sour fruit with a very tart element. Palate includes raspberries, elderberries and tart fruit. Intense beer, very good but the flavor can be an assault on the tongue.
