Did you know that Rooster’s is 20 years old this year? No? Well you do now and we’ve decided to brew a beer to celebrate!
Weighing in at 6%, our Anniversary IPA is a joyous celebration of the new world hops Rooster’s helped to pioneer the use of all those years ago. We’ve used seven different hop varieties in total, to create an absolutely belting IPA.

Cask at IMBC; clear golden pour with foamy white head, tropical hop aroma, big tropical hops coming through in the taste very um bungo mango, pineapple. --- Beer merged from original tick of 20th Anniversary IPA on 10 Oct 2013 at 21:45 - Score: 7

Cask at the Cask Pimlico, 25/09/13. Clear pale golden with a thin white head. Nos is juicy hops, grapefruit, mango, tropical fruit sundae. Taste comprises soft grapefruit notes, mango’s, fleshy tropicals, residual sugars, toasty malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, fairly smooth on the palate, well balanced hop bitterness in the last hurrah. One of the best cask IPA’s I’ve encountered!
