No head over ochre, almost clear beer. Wood, horseblanket, fruity esters, farmyard odours. Lemon, almost decaying pear, pineapple, farmyard. Lime retronasal, lactic acid. Acidburn and -thinning. Not very carbonated, long lasting flavours. Special. Love it.

375mL bottle at Bierhuis Oud Beersel, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly acetic, with plenty of acetone, gentle funk, and rotting, vinegary notes. Flavour is a little better than expected from the nose, with plenty of sourness, light funk, acetone, and a touch of oak. Doesn't have the horse blanket / barnyard funk you expect in a gueuze; instead, it comes across as a haphazard, too-acetic sour. Maybe this was a superior product at some point, but right not it's really not great.

Well stored bottle from backlog October 2020. Practically a clear golden body under a small white head. Aroma is funky and distinct lambic typical with wooden notes. Taste is fresh and acidic with lemon, wood and generic fruit flavor. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Tasty, refreshing and relatively complex.

Vintage 2015. Blended with Lambic from 2014, Bottled in November 2016. Swietny blend, genialny smakowo, mega kwasne, gdyby wziasc skale goryczy IBU do 100 maksymalnie i potraktowac/zamieniajac skale goryczy na skale kwasnosci to bym dal 99 chyba albo i wiecej. mega kwasne, cytryna, limonki mega limonki w ustach na jezyku, na podniebieniu, w gardle, doslownie wszedzie. Metne jaskrawo zolte o malenkiej piance, musujacego typu. Bardzo sciagajace, wytrawne i szczypiace wnet pieszczotliwie wewnetrzna strone policzek. Udana wspolpraca.

Corked bottle. Golden color. Honey, oak and citrus in the aroma. Full satisfyingly sour flavor with oak, lemon, honey and gooseberries. Complex, tasty. Good!
