Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Spring Sipper, 2019. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with wood, grass and spice. Dry and tart fruity and funky flavour with cellar notes.

Bottle. Hazy color with white head. Aroma is cheesy, leathery funk, a bit lactic, barnyard, a touch sulphur. Taste is cheesy, lactic, bready, a touch lemony, leather again, good drinkability. Fizzy carbonation, dry finish. Tasty!

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, barnyad, leather, funky, sulfur, stone fruit - apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate acidic with a long duration, sulfur, funky, pale malt, barnyad, leather, fruit, stone fruit - apple notes, medium dry. Sample from 375 ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, oak, wheat malts, berries. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with lemons and wooden notes. Very nice.
