Bottle, 375ml corked. An orange colored, unclear beer with a small white head. Funky, lemony, orangey aroma with a touch of leather and barnyard. Some dusty basement. It's tart, funky, pleasantly carbonated, medium bodied, far from watery, with a hint of warmth. It's quite bitter, at least for the style, but it's sure delicious. Orange, lemon, basement, leather and a touch of grapes in the flavor, all lasting for a really long time. Tart finish. A super delicious beer indeed. 170915

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Verksgata, delt med Ovesen etter tapping av vår nye Citra single hop ipa: lett uklar gylden med flott skum som varer. Pirrende aroma med citron og lime, høy, stall og krydder i lekker kombinasjon. Appelsiner dukker opp når temperaturen i glasset stiger litt, kompleksiteten tiltar. Smaken er enda bedre - superfrisk og elegant, og med en syrlig avslutning. Et godt ganglag for sjelen. Ingeborg, du ruler!

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 27.08.17. Hazy golden. Fine white head. Acid aroma, with lambic and sour lemon lemon. Acidity is lingering on. Very dry. And acid. Refreshing. Complexity is rising as the beer is becoming warmer.

Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, pretty fruity, bit sweetish, spicy, apple skin, green apples. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, lemon juice, bit funky, bitter touch, quite some tannins. Aftertaste: lemon juice, funky, pretty bitter, very decent beer!

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish mineraly, sour socks, oak, minerals, old rope, bark, unripe berries, soda powder, old dusty cellar, grass, hay. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, citrus acid, unripe berries, hay, yeast, sorrel, oak, old rope, lemon, grass, minerals, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice, but some years in the cellar is preferred...

Bottle, six months after bottling. Pours hazy yellow, with a short lived creamy head receding to a thin layer. Aroma is sweet farmhouse notes, horseblanket and hay, bretty wood, some fruit and cellary notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acidic, with berries, fruit peel and hay, as well as farmhouse, bretty wood and cereals. Quite short finish.
