Hand pump at the source. Deep ruby with amazing dark pink head. Looks awesome. Massive cherry jam, almonds, sweet and sour cherry, cherry pie, light funk and vanilla. Massive cherries! Medium sweet and sour. Over light bodied with almost no carbonation. Amazing. The nose and looks here were out of this world good, good competition for the Schaerbeekse variants.

Nice pink fizzy-creamy foreverlasting head, deep reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, berry skin, sorrel, sour cherries, oak, minerals, grass, salty cherry stones. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, cherry stones, sorrel, sour cherries, mild vinegar, red berries syrup, grass, flowers, bark, minerals, berry skin, citrus acid. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, but after a while kind of a weird aroma...

Cask at Bespelingen van het lot II / Toer de Geuze 2019, as Robijn Lambik. Deepest blood color with pink head. Aroma is cherry stone, vanilla, yoghurt, intensest fruit, caramel. Taste is wood sugar, vanilla, cherry skin, yoghurt fattiness. Thick juicy mouthfeel, flat. Amazing!

Bottle at the Armand/Michael/Werner and Shaun Hill dinner. Deep clear purple color, still. Incredible cherry aroma with light tannins, port wine, light funk. Taste is rich, lightly tart, complex fruit. Delicious.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy red with a thin pink head. Flavors of cherries. Smooth and tasty.

Glass at 3F during Toer de Geuze. Appearance like red wine. Aroma is vinous, is this really beer and not wine? Tart and fresh cherries, super fruity with light oak character and a very soft funk. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.
