Cromwell's Tap House, Shrewsbury. 24th May 2024, Cider and Sausage Fest, shared half-pint from a box. Yip, it's a dry cider all right, and it's all right!

Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with little life. The aroma is sweet crushed apples. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, light, light acidic, gluey, light tart apple, light herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

From bag-in-a-box at the fantastic Dog & Bell in Deptford, London, 19.07.22. Fine aroma and taste of cider apples, red apples, apple peel and red berries. Good.

500ml bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. Pours clear gold. Light medium fruit on the nose. Taste is fairly fruity, with a gentle apple pie sweetness, soft medium fruit, generally clean with a subtle tannic presence. Not especially dry. Decent stuff nonetheless.

Box at PoW, Farnborough. Sweet edged vinegar aroma. Copper. No head. Light bitter/sour. Pithy. Old apple cores and peel. Light bodied. Thin with some slickness to it. Flat. Long dry finish. Doesn't taste of much or do much for me for that matter.

BIAB at Ale & Arty, Stockton. Golden colour, no head and juicy apple aroma. Taste is sourish apple, tart, apple skin, bittersweet, woody and dry tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box from the Apple Tap, Grantham. Golden and clear. Sealing wax and light orchard fruit aroma. Taste is more appley: fruity and apple skin dry. Long drying finish. It has promise but I want more. Especially considering the ABV, I think more flavour and character are due.
